If a product is damaged in shipment, is missing parts, or you have legitimate reason for dissatisfaction, please contact Arteros via e-mail with a detailed, written explanation of your issue within 72 hours from receipt of shipment. To ensure that your return is promptly and properly processed, Arteros will contact you with a "Returns Authorization Number" which must be included with all original packaging and contents intact when you return the product. Please note that if the Authorization Number is NOT clearly labeled on the box, we cannot guarantee that your return is properly processed. Arteros will issue you an exchange for the product. By law, though funds will be held upon placement of your order, funds will not be billed until your order has been packaged and shipped.
